The fund operates in the proven SME space (12+ months mature) ready to scale with structure and intention. We invest within a mandated set of sectors that allows for both vertical and horizontal synergy within the fund.

Konstruct aims for associate level equity positions (20–50%) and non‑controlling interest positions (<20%), allowing us to support the growth of the SME rather than controlling it. The risk profile of the fund is moderately aggressive at 56/100 on the risk score model.
